How to Unsubscribe

For optional emails: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, survey, or promotional email. Your request will be processed promptly.

For required emails: These communications are necessary for legal compliance, your safety, and building operations. They will continue as long as you are a resident.

Why Are Some Emails Required?

Washington State law and your lease agreement require us to notify you about certain matters:

  • Entry notices — We must notify you before entering your unit for inspections or repairs
  • Safety alerts — We must inform you of conditions that may affect your health or safety
  • Lease communications — Rent reminders, renewal notices, and other lease-related matters
  • Maintenance updates — Status updates on work orders you've submitted

Receiving Emails in Error?

If you believe you are receiving our emails in error—for example, if you are not a current or former resident of a Bonavista-managed property—please let us know immediately.
