Service Providers
We use trusted third-party services to manage property operations and resident communications:
RentCafe / Yardi Systems — Our resident portal and property management platform. When you use the resident portal, your information is processed by both us and Yardi as our service provider.
Email Delivery Services — We use professional email delivery services to ensure reliable communication. These providers process emails on our behalf and are bound by data protection agreements.
Your Email Preferences
Optional emails: You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications (newsletters, surveys, event announcements) at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
Required emails: Certain communications are essential to your tenancy and building operations. These include safety alerts, maintenance notices, and legal notices. You cannot opt out of these while you are a resident, as they may be required by law or necessary for your safety.
Legal Notices
Legally required notices (such as notice of entry or notices required by the Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act) will be provided in the format required by law. Electronic copies are provided as a convenience; if there is any difference between an electronic copy and a notice served under Washington law, the legally served notice controls.
